Duties:
- Identify, brainstorm and articulate requirements and core messaging during meetings
- Maintain deep understanding of client's brand messaging, goals, target audience, competitors and marketplace
- Interact with the creative team to collaboratively explore direction and ensure the cohesiveness of text and visual messaging
- Generate narrative that captivate imagination, tag lines that demand action, or technical copy that communicates with precision
- Prepare and revise drafts under the supervision of the Creative Director and the client.
- Format copy for client presentations
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of copywriting software and proven skills
- Ability to be productive in both Windows and Mac environments
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years agency experience
- Malleable writing style that adapts to meet any challenge
- Great communication and documentation skills
This is a part-time contract position. Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
Duties
- Discover, develop, define and present campaigns that will meet set goals and reflect best practices for current social media campaign trends and measurement for success
- Identify, capture, synthesize and report prospect and client social buzz
- Manage the development of content to include strategic keyword phrases within website copy, titles and descriptions to increase indexing, ranking, click-throughs and conversions
- Continuously generate competitive analysis
- Monitor client positioning within SERPs and the social sphere
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising campaigns
- Advise and educate clients and agency about incorporating relevant social media techniques into the business culture
- Participate in and contribute to agency's social marketing initiatives as needed by contributing blog articles, attending events and sharing campaign ideas
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%; report to manager in CT/NY area
Qualifications
- 4+ years prior experience in developing social media campaigns;
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media
- Up-to-date with the latest advances in digital media (social media, web, mobile, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools
- Outgoing with the ability to create excitement about a given event/campaign.
- Self-guided; creative; responsible; energetic; eager to work with other departments and independently; have a desire to see measured results
- Strong writing, conversation and presentation skills

- Create and maintain visual look & feel, graphics, styles, navigation and layout
- Ensure that brand continuity is created and maintained
- Apply color correction and photo retouching expertise
- Apply print and advertising design principles
Qualifications:
- An intuitive understanding of designing site functionality, interaction, site architecture, data flow, user interfaces, and intuitive navigation schemes
- Talent for interactive design and graphic design knowledge
- Entry-level skills with Photoshop and Illustrator

- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills

- Ability to manage client expectations and work proactively with project managers to deliver on time and on budget
- Ability to mentor Associate UXAs and direct their creation of appropriate deliverables

- 7+ years of experience as a User Experience Analyst, Human Factors Engineer or similar working on transactional interfaces and information design (web experience a must)
- Masters Degree in an HCI related subject (human-computer interaction, human factors, psychology, cognitive science)
- Outstanding portfolio of behavioral specifications, interaction flows, site maps, navigation systems and wireframes with related documentation
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - a team player; detail oriented; comfortable working with highly technical teams; ability to accept criticism and move on to the next idea; and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
