Mark W. Troy
President & Founder
Mark oversees Piehead's strategic direction, business development, and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and effective management of resources.
With nearly two decades spent as an entrepreneur and strategic business developer, Mark is well known in the business community for his exceptional ability to cultivate growth and motivate teams. Prior to Piehead, he was Founder and CEO of Flywire, an Internet strategy and development firm. His extensive corporate background includes successful relationships with Cendant, Comcast, PBS, Disney, Jarden, and Thomson. Mark is also a founding member of OnPlane, parent company for the PAL®, which Piehead developed to allow users to easily consume content integrated with their social networks.
Cassandra Moore, PhD
Director of User Experience Strategy
Cassandra brings her talent for creating the architecture and interaction models that optimize user experiences online.
With over a decade of experience in information architecture, user-centered design and usability evaluation, Cassandra is a true master at understanding how web audiences act, react and consume information. She began her career in information architecture at Microsoft, where she designed and tested new functionality for Microsoft Office, and has since led teams with deliverables to pharmaceutical, finance and eCommerce. Cassandra conducts user research, constructs taxonomies and designs navigation to create browser-based as well as traditional desktop applications that are built for the way people think and learn.
Clint Taylor
Technology Director
Clint oversees the construction of complex applications, custom third-party platforms, and scalable technology solutions specific to Piehead clients.
He brings nearly two decades of web development, software development, end-to-end testing and implementation expertise to Piehead's technological capabilities. Prior to Piehead, Clint founded two ventures: Mighty Innovation, a web-application company, and Keypulse.com, a business intelligence firm that managed the data warehousing and reports for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Division of Employment and Training.
Jeff Seligman
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff oversees all financial matters by leading business planning, accounting and budgeting initiatives and internal operations.
He has over 25 years of experience with leading high tech companies. He served as CFO and VP of Operations at Think Outside, Inc., and led Finance and Operations for the Industry Solutions Division at Compaq. He has held leadership positions with Digital Equipment Corporation, Cambridge Memories and Honeywell Information Systems. He has negotiated strategic agreements, built off shore vendor bases and led organizations including HR, Customer Support, and Supply Chain Operations.
Jeremy Clough
Creative Director
Jeremy ensures delivery of well-designed, purposeful, and highly functional design across all mediums and platforms.
With a diverse background in web development and multi-media production that began with years spent as a successful artist, Jeremy co-founded Hatchling Studios, an award-winning, interactive media agency. He has worked with an array of clients including Arnold, BBDO, Charmin, Comcast, Reebok, and Microsoft. With an inherent proficiency for illustration, Jeremy also lent his talents to NEIP, where he excelled in the Lead Designer and Production roles that began his digital creative career and culminated in his current successes.
Cody Barbierri
Social Media Manager
Cody oversees, suggests and implements social strategy solutions that drive customer engagement.
Cody is adept at matching social strategies to business goals mindful of consumer behaviors so companies can gain market share with measureable and repeatable results.
Cody is a seasoned social and digital media practitioner with public relations expertise. His experience includes public relations roles at Weber Shandwick, Racepoint Group and Version 2.0 Communications. Cody is an active contributor to VentureBeat, a top business and innovation blog, where he spotlights social media, technology and new media startups.
